How long do you exercise for?

Depending on what exercises you do, you may need to work out for longer.

How long do you work out, and what exercises do you do?

It depends on my mood. Sometimes I exercise for more than an hour, sometimes less. But I try to exercise at least once a day.

I just do my normal exercises at home itself without being much hectic. I do it for about 20 to 30  minutes when i get up. I do this with empty tummy so the workout will give maximum profit for me.

well i workout around one and a half hours. this includes my 20-30 warm up before actually exercising. but of course this differs from one person to another. i actually know a few guys that workout for about 2.5-3 hours. i find this too much as i think this is only another way of tiering your body.

we all work with one infinite power.

I usually used the mentzer principle before the HIT training where less exercise but very brutal and heavy, it did help me bulk up and develop muscles but when i want to lose fat because i was a endomorph in body type i do high volume and high reps around 2 Hours.

Hai my name is Benny. I am 23 years old.  My body height is 5.8 inches and nearly 55 kgs weight. I prefer to do exercise in morning. I do hardly for only two days and simple exercise remaining 5 days. I usually prefer basic exercise equipments like 5 kg tumbles.

Daily I do 30 seconds exercise continuously. After that I take a cup of milk. This exercise helps me to reduce blood pressure and improve blood circulation. I feel very active in my work and sleep better with lower stress levels at night.
