am currently trying to bulk up to 205 by christmas in hopes to compete
in a small local show. i have seen alot of positive feedback from
people that have tried this stack so i thought i would give it a run.
my diet and training routine are as follows:
train every other day: 1.chest, back/ 2.legs/ 3.shoulders, traps/ 4.arms,abs
meal 1- 2 scoops whey, 1.5 cup oats, 2 tbsp natty PB
meal 2- 2 tbsp natty PB on whole wheat bread (dont ask, but it works for me)
meal 3- 8 oz lean beef, 1 cup brown rice
meal 4- 1 scoop WMS, 1 scoop storm (pre workout)
Meal 5- 2 scoops WMS, 2 scoops XTEND, 4g CEE/ 15 min later 3/4 cup oats, 2 scoops WPI
Meal 6- 8 oz chicken tenderloins, 1 cup rice
Meal 7- 1.5 cup high protein, whole grain cereal, 2 tbsp PB, 1 cup skim milk
i am on day 2 of the stack and i can aleady notice a slight increase in
vascularity. i started the bulk a little over a month ago and im
already up 6 pounds. hope this log will help someone in deciding on a
natural testosterone product. tomorrow i have shoulders and traps so
that should be interesting.
