Avoid Sugar if you really want to loss Weight

    Avoid Sugar if you really want to loss Weight

     Sugar play some important part in getting weight, so try to avoid Suger.

     Use less sugar in coffee and tea.

     Be careful about "hidden" sugar in processed foods like ketchup, bread, salad dressing, canned fruit.

     Avoid juices that contains sugar.

     Avoid Sweets 

    Anything you wants to add please feel free to share.

     I suppose sugar is okay, if you burn it off. If not it just builds up and turns into fat. Excess energy!

    It is a known fact that one must not use excessive sugar. Also one must be careful in using the amount of oil items and ghee as they are fat rich. They will be stored and will lead to excess weight.

    Many people go out of their way to avoid sugar in the diet, without understanding how sugar affects health.

    Many people, sugar-free and fat-free food. I can say they over consume this “safe” food. In the end, sugar may not turn out to be the enemy that many people claim it is.

    That’s right. Sugar is baddy in weight loss program. 

    Sugar is stored as fat only when we eat them in excessive amounts. In weight loss program, the main focus should be on cutting out fat, not cutting down on carbohydrates. A high carbohydrate intake means decreased fat intake resulting in decreased amount of fat being stored and an increase in amount of energy your body expends to convert carbohydrates to storage glycogen.

    Consuming sugar or sugar added foods causes calories to be stored in the body as fat rather than burned as energy. Sugar may indeed contribute to weight increase in another way. Calories from fat are more fattening than calories that come from other foods. Body may store those fat calories more rapidly than it store calories from protein or carbohydrates. Consuming lots of sugar certainly will supply lots of calories. As for example drinking 3 cans of coke rather than water would provide an extra 480 calories. The average person who did that everyday, without eating less or exercising more would gain roughly half a kilogram a week.

    So, it is indeed to avoid overeating of sugar or sugar added foods; else it may be a major cause of obesity.

    Ok. Thanks for your idea. But my doubt is reduce the amount of sugar or completely avoid the sugar.

    yaa, sugar is terrible 'n Avoid Sugar if you really want to loss Weight. Take plenty of veggies in your routine. Take high fiber foods 'n those that are rich in soluble fibers. The sources of soluble fiber are apples, oats and beans. The most important one is exercise regularly.
