Ginger is really good for you. Even those little ginger slices that come with sushi are really good for you. They are awesome for your digestion and also if you're a girl, your period. I really suggest putting more ginger in your diet and if you can go for sushi.. I'll tell you that stuff fills you up, is high in nutrition, and really low in fat. It's high on flavor too. I really suggest non-raw sushi. I would start out with Shrimp Tempura rolls or if you like something spicey go for the Spider Roll (it's crab, not spider.) There are also California rolls but they really don't have much flavor to them. Also, try going to a sushi bar instead of getting it at your grocery store. And don't get it from the mall food court. If you have bad sushi your first time you'll get taste aversion and never want to try the "real" stuff.
