Actually, i'm not a fat man. But one day, i ate too much and cannot control myself because really tension with many thing. So, eat alot and everyday looks like i gain 10 kg in a couple of month. Its not easy for me to gain weight and then i need to do something in order to less my weght. So, i do my crazy routine for 2 month.
In 2 month, i less more than 10 kg and right now, i'm maintain for 55-57 kilogram even no one believe i tell them about my weight. Its normal for me and if i gain more 60 kilo's. I think its really hard for me to continue my life.
What i do? I just do daily exercise for 10-20 minutes everyday even at morning and evening directly in 2 month. I never skipped it and i also control my diet. I only eat vegetables and fruits and not eat anything at night. But in breakfast and lunch, i need to eat something because i'm an athlete. I need some energy right?
So, i manage to control my weight right now. Its easy if you really have high level of your focus and strong will.
