I just wonder about this one since yesterday. I think not many people will think about this matter right? No wonder its happen and comes to my mind. Lets see of you already training and do your best but you still not losing your weight. What do you will think about that method? How about exercise?
But i doubt about something. Did you really focus and always do your exercise and training? If you not maintain and always skip. No wonder you never manage to losing your weight right?w
