Ok. Follow my tips and trick and this one will work with you not only for 4 kilogram only. But more than that if you really focus and doing my tip with high level of focus and strong will.
1. Eat less rice and bread or anything have many carbohydrat.
2. Drink more milk and white water. Gingerl water and juice fruit its fine.
3. Exercise more and always jogging every morning and evening daily. I said again. Do it daily.
Thats all. If you do that and never skip for 1 day. You will loss your weight easily today..:)
