    Losing weight

     Can you suggest me some techniques for losing weight as i have been trying for quite some time with no effect

     i suggest you some techniques but practical implemention is the key.

    1- Exercise Daily.

    play some sports such as soccer or basketball...

    jogging is good

    2- Balance Diet

    Take diet with no fats and drink more water

    Avoid unhealthy eating

    Eat Frequently, and Eat Slowly

    Eat More Fruits, Vegetables

    Avoid Oily foods

    Low fat foods are also good, as well as no salts and sugars can really effect your weight lose
