I look at a lot of information online about body building and becoming more health and does it really matter if your food is sugar free? I know lots of candy isn't good for you but is there really a need for sweet and low and other substitutes?
Yes.Its really works sometimes. So, better you not eat too many food have sugar. Try to less it and always exercise. Then, you will never have problem with your body right?
Your right, I really enjoy sweets though. I just don't like the sugar free crap they sell at stores. I am building muscle mass and thats about it with running and working out.
