     How to loss the weight of the body ?

    I want to loss the weight of my body so please give any tips to loss the weight

     Are you fat? Ask this question yourself first, if you are 20% above your ideal weight, then plan to lose weight. A strong will power, a balanced diet and exercise are basic formulae to lose weight. The best exercise to lose weight are fast walking, light jogging and cycling. In addition eating habit is more important.

    Delay your eating time at least for 15 minutes. Engage yourself with an activity that requires concentration. Distance yourself from food. Decide how much you really want craved food and how important it is for you to eat. Eat slowly deciding the appropriate amount of food and enjoy.

     Simply Exercise and jogging Daily, take better and healthy diet. Eat low fat foods.

    make a diet plan and mantain it strictly.

    2. Eat healthy food.  

    3. Cardio. Personally I walk or jog every single day.

    4. Lift weight 3x week

    Exercise and dieting is the most common ways of losing weight. Add some diet supplements if you really want to lose it quick.
