    Losing Weight through Exercise

    I think that continuous exercise is one of best way to reducing the body weight. Swimming, cycling, jogging, skiing, dancing, walking are some of the exercise that everyone can followed easily. In these type of exercise continuous practice is the best one for losing weight. Any one can give me more tips about weightloss

    You have the right idea. Exercise is so important to a good weight loss plan. Many people think that you can do it with diet change alone and it is rare that by itself, eating better will make things all better.

    Some persons gives more important to diet or exercise.  I think that diet with exercise can give more effective in weight loss.

    Please tell me some Exercise for reducing my weight.My weight is now 79 Kg's so please give some reducing weight tips

    Yes. Thats my best way to losing my weight. I prefer to use exercise method to losing weight than diet or take any diet pills. I manage to do that and i can maintain to losing 3-5 kg if i do that. Too bad, this method not suit with girls who really lazy to exercise..:(

     Swimming, cycling, jogging, skipping, dancing, walking are some of the simple exercise that everyone can follow. Before doing a hard exercise start with simple one is better for health.

     ya you are true because exercise is better than any other diet pills. Some of the diet pills give side effect also.

    Along with exercise, a careful diet plan is a must to lose weight. A balanced diet limits caloric intake without depriving you of the nutrients you need. Of course it must not be a crashed diet (below 500 calories), because crashed diet put at risk the health and do not work in long run.

    Exercise increases the basal metabolic rate and turns the body into a fat-burning machine. So to counterbalance the increased rate of metabolism a sensible diet is being planned. The diet should not focus on the quantity, but on the quality of food consumed.

     Yes you are right. I'm very much appreciating you. Same as a careful diet plan exercise plan also important in weight loss. Before going to workout a new exercise consult with doctor first. Also make a proper note about weight loss programs. This helps to analyze about which type of effects we have already taken and what will we want to do in future.

    Any daily aerobic and do wonders for your heart and can help lower cholesterol as well as your weight.
