    Benefits of Relaxation

    1. Removes tension and relaxes muscles all over the body
    2. Down the blood pressure

     How to do?

    Step1:

    Lie down on the mat, relax the whole body and concentrate on your breath.

    Step2:

    After a few minutes the breathing will come to a normal breathing stage. At that time itself you concentrate on each part of the body one by one

    First start from the feet, concentrate few times on the feet, the total concentration of your mind should be on the feet

    Gradually concentrate on the other parts starting from the feet..

    ankle, leg, calf, knee, thigh, stomach, chest, finger, elbow, neck and at last head

    You concentrate on each part of the body one by one at that time the whole body comes to relax

    Yoga is one of the best relaxation procedure known to mankind. In yogic science what you have explained is called as " SHAVASANA" which means " dead mans posture". You just relax just as the way you are dead. Relax your whole body and your mind aswell. forget your worries and concentrate on your body. This is definately an best method of relaxation.
