I usually have 6 meals, which consists of 3 main meals and 3 substantial snacks. Obviously it's not always like this but I try and stick to it.

I eat very similarly to you. I try to eat regularly to keep my metabolism going strong. It seems to work for me and I am rarely hungry which keeps me from overeating. This is something I am still trying to convince family members is important.
BreakFast - Morning 7.0 clock
Snacks - 11. 0 clocl
Lunch 1 Pm
Snacks 4 Pm
Dinner 8 Pm
5 times a day.. Have Fresh juice inbetween
Morning 8.Oclock : Break fast
After noon 2.Oclock: Lunch
Evening 4 Oclock: Tea and Snaks
Night 8 Oclock: Dinner
4 times totaly eat
I experienced weight loss plateau last month so my brother advised me to eat every 3 hours. When I did that, I lost weight! So now, I eat 6 times a day.
i normally eat 3 times a day excluding having some snacks in the evening. It is said that for a person to be healthier, he/she must eat only twice a day and the rest can be eaten as fresh juices and vegetables.
