    Vacation

When you are away on a vacation, do you continue with your weight loss plan or do you let it slide a little? I try to stay on it because we go on mini vacations quite often and I would be off the diet more than on it. However, it is not always easy when you are on vacation to keep right on plan, there are so many tempting new things to try and the thought of exercise when you are relaxing can sometimes seem daunting. One thing I do is try to get a pool where we go because I love to swim. What other things can be done to stay on track?

I still continue with my weight loss plan when I'm on a vacation. I eat a little more..but always less than 1800 calories. On a normal day, I eat around 1200-1500 calories.

Its depend on them. Maybe they think they never need to do that when vacation. If only 1 day, i think its going fine. If for 1 month. I think you need to think it again if you want to skip your diet schedule. :)

    Re: Vacation

i know its really difficult to continue same dieting plan on vacations but if you're serious about weight loss than you have to continue your diet plan on vacation too. another problem i faced on vacation, if i am traveling is that you can't get same food product you're using on normal days.

Be consistent and keep your dieting plan same.

    soon you'll see the results.

    Thanks

    Re: Vacation

for me, i am usually working out leading up to a vacation so that i can enjoy myself and look good.  i do all the work prior to the vacation so that i can enjoy myself and have a good time.  for me, that doesnt include working out and maintaining a strict diet while on vacation.  ill save that for my regular life, vacations are for me to have fun and indulge myself lol

I think if you already set up a goal/plan, you should carry on no matter in what kind of situation.

Perhaps, you should plan it ahead not to crash with your vacation.
