    Commitment

Commitment is an importance issue when you are planning to lose weght .

Like you will say I'm going to do this and no one can stop me. !

Do you think commitment should be verbal out ?

    Re: Commitment

Commitment goes hand in hand with motivation and I would agree is very important. It is so hard to stay committed when life gets busy. It seems good eating and exercise are the first things to go. You make a very good point.

    Re: Commitment

What do mean by verbal out?

I think commitment is very important. If you're not totally committed to losing weight, I don't think you'll succeed.

    Here'sa wonderful quote:

“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.”

    Re: Commitment

Yes. Commitment is important not only in your life and your diet table. So, if you want to give a try for your diet menu. You need to concentrate and have a high level of commitment. If you only dream you want to get your ideal body without try your best. So, nothing we can said. So, work it and try your best. You must do what you need to do and leave what you no need to do. Never eat too much and never not eat any food or drink. At least you must eat something. I never tell you to never eat any food right? Take it wisely..
