I will just keep on working to keep it off. I don't forbid myself of any particular food, I just eat them much less often and in smaller portions. I might go ahead and get a new outfit or something, but for me, I think I will have to continue to work to keep it off.
I don't have a list of forbidden foods. I think it's wrong. If I forbid a certain food, I'd always crave for it!
When I reach my short term goal, I'm going to buy a new pair of shoes. When I reach my long term goal, I'd probably treat my friends.

I think it's bad to treat yourself with food. Food is for nourishment and to sustain us. Even if buying a pair of shoes is more expensive than a meal, you'll appreciate them a lot better, you'll feel better about yourself, and you may not experience that much of a problem keeping the pounds off.
after reaching my goal i work more on it .at plan to make it a constant.after reaching i just to to my competitors who had once ignoring me for my weight.
Of course, i will celebrate. I will eat the food which is my favourite, but only in smalll quantity amount.
After that, i will planning for another goal.
I continue with the process what I already done. And I proved about me, Because I archive my Goal.
