So, as the weather changes, does your workout? I was wondering if other people take more of their workouts back inside or find something to alternate with during this time of transition. I do tend to change my routine at least a little bit with the seasons. This helps with both boredom and so my muscles don't get too used to one thing. I like to get outside in the fall and hike a lot. The trails aren't as full of tourists and the leaves begin to change. It is a nice time for walking or even for biking. Another fall activity of course is raking. My yard takes a few days to get done, so I count that as a workout on those days. What about you ? Any changes planned for fall?
