    Starting Weight Watchers

I have lost a total of 8 pounds this summer, but I am not pleased and know I could have, should have done better. So, I have decided to join Weight Watchers once September gets underway. I have been researching it and it sounds like a decent program. Sometimes, I do better with a little structure so we will see what happens. Anyone have any information about Weight Watchers? I would love to hear all of it, good and bad before I make a final decision.

I suggest you try their Weight Watchers Online first, you can follow their customized plan step-by-step online. You also abe to access to interactive tools and videos, recipes, and workouts.

Thanks for the opinion. I have thought about the online option, but I think the meetings would help me be more disciplined. I think if I do the meetings, I can pay a little extra and also have access to the online options. That may be the route I take.
