Well, it has been a full on week as far as an eating plan and working out. I have been doing a lot of extra outdoor stuff too like swimming with the kids in the family and gardening. Speaking of workouts, gardening can really be a big one. I used muscles I haven't used in years just weeding. How do I know? I could feel it. So, today I stepped on the scale and was down another 3 pounds. That is 8 pounds down total for the summer which is better than a gain. How are others doing? I love to hear about successes.
