    Berries in the Diet

I have been reading more and more about why you should add berries to your diet plan. Besides the antioxidants, they are high in fiber and make great desserts. Around here, it is frozen berries for a good part of the year unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for fresh that are shipped in from other places. Do you eat a lot of berries? If so, which are your favorite and how do you eat them? I would love to add more, but right now, I either just eat them or put them on my oatmeal.

I like all kinds of berries and eat them regularly in smoothies and on my cereal. I do have to buy them frozen for the most part as they aren't always available. Berries are very healthy. They are full of fiber and as you said, antioxidants as well. Not to mention, they have a variety of vitamins in them. I really prefer raspberries and blackberries, but will eat any of them. You can buy many in dried form now as well although expensive, it lends us another way to eat them.

I think it is good for doing that . Berries in general are a good source of vitamins .

It's components of fruits or vegetables . Example like cranberries, blueberries and raspberries.

    Best Regards,
