As all of us do, I had gotten a little off track with workouts this week. I just didn't have any motivation when I would get home and then by putting it off, I never got around to it. So, instead I did something a little different. I went to the gym before my shift, came home and showered, and then went back to work. It was a great workout. Now, don't get me wrong I won't be changing to morning workouts as a rule, but it did get me going and hopefully will keep me motivated on future days. Do you workout in the morning or in the afternoon?
