I have looked into a couple of blogging sites, but that is as far as I have gotten. There are some interesting things out there to read and I think for many with a lot to lose or even that want to show their progress, it is a good tool. Possibly some day, I will look a little closer at doing one myself, but I am not sure it would be all weight loss related, more a daily journal. There are a few that show some bodybuilders preparing for competitions, etc...those are quite amazing to look at actually.
