    Menu Planning a Success

Well, I have been trying to tackle the eating out/fast food issues. One person suggested menu planning and I have been struggling for a very long time on getting it organized. I really feel like I am getting closer and eating more at home. The success is in the fact that I am prepared and ready to cook at home. I think it is a step in the weight loss journey and for once a step forward. Anyone else here menu plan? Any tips?

If you're thinking to lose weight, please get away from fast food. Fast food is bad because it is usually high in fat. Many fast foods are fried in fat - even if they are heated up.

Well, yes you are right. But I guess most people know that already. They just can't resist.

Me, I'm thinking of making a plan for myself. This week I've been eating a lot of unhealthy stuff since I don't have much time. I think I even bought food from fast food maybe once or twice this week.

If you really want to loss weight them first of all you have to stop taking fast foods. You told about cooking at home ya its good but see that it should be of low calories and try to avoid fats in your diet, reduce oil consumption, I know that its not tasty but you have to do it to loss weight.
