I am always trying to keep a variety in my diet while sticking to my own self proclaimed rules about eating. One of my rules is to eat as little High Fructose Corn Syrup as possible. In reading every nutrition label in the grocery store, I can tell those of you here that if this is something important to you, skip the Kelloggs and General Mills parts of the aisle and go to the Post Cereals. I can't say with 100% accuracy that ALL Post cereals are free of HFCS, but I can say that there are enough of them to keep a little variety in your eating plan.
