 I was wondering if anyone knows when the new season of Biggest Loser is going to begin? I am also wondering what they gimmick will be this year whether it will be couples, friends, etc....does anyone have any idea?

It has started already. I wasn't able to catch the premier but I'm going to watch this season. I want to be motivated! I still have to lose about 20 more pounds.

That's a great program, the best thing is you create your own Time Capsule. The new season begins this fall. Already started. It's kicked off with eighteen contestants hiking through the Mojave Desert. Wondering about how's the progress now.

Anyway, I think this season is going to be pretty exciting. I'm going to follow it so I'm going to be inspired. I still have to lose quite a few pounds.
