As I was wandering around Wal-mart the other day, I began to look at the different diet pills on the current market. What caught my attention was the list of warnings on the side of the boxes. How can anything with that many warnings be beneficial to your body. It may make you lose weight, but at what expense? I am not saying that all diet pills are bad or that many people don't lose considerable amounts of weight because of them, but it does make me pause for some thought on the issue. I grew up amongst several sisters that were always very body conscious. I never remember them taking diet pills, but now their daughters are always discussing the newest one on the market. It is possible we are raising a new generation where taking diet pills is the norm. Let's hope not, at least in my opinion. Take a look at one of the boxes sometime when you get a chance. It may just surprise you.
