To eat for our skin, we want to follow three simple steps -

Eat low Glycemic Index foods

Avoid refined sugars

Eat as many nutrients as possible

These three simple steps are all very easy to follow for each meal
that you eat throughout the day. And breakfast is probably the easiest.

If you want to be ridiculously healthy, then you can follow a raw
food diet and drink a powered up green smoothie, or you could make a
savory grain ‘porridge’ out of something like amaranth or quinoa.

Hi everyone, I have been wondering to market a product line
based on nutritional supplements….infact I already have a line based on beauty
products …but now I want to explore the body supplements market. For this, I
have been thinking of taking into consideration my past manufacturer but the
fact that he is a little expensive for me ….have been thinking on employing a
new manufacturer for my needs as I am going to private label the products. Please
do advice me on a few names please!!!

Perfect Age to Start Body Building?

For you what do you think is the perfect age to start body building?

BACKGROUND: I've just come off of a
cut, and I'm looking to gain about 10 pounds, with most of it being
lean mass. I've been lifting on and off since high school, but started
getting serious about one year ago. This is my first PH cycle since the
ban. Here are my stats:

Height: 5' 6"
Weight: 160 lbs
Body Fat %: ~13.2%

Target weight: 170 lbs
Target BF% <15%

DIET:

Calories: ~3000 / day
Protein (1.5 x bw): ~240 g / day (960 cals)
Carbs (2.5 x bw): ~400 g / day (1600 cals)
Fats (0.3 x bw): ~50 g / day (450 cals)
Target Macro Split: ~ 30/55/15 (P/C/F)

SUPPLEMENTATION DOSAGES AND SCHEDULE:

Main Stack: I initially was fully
intent on doing an Epistane pulse cycle for the full 8 weeks to run
along side the Bold. However, I have decided to just run a 6 week
Epistane cycle starting on week 3. From all accounts, it takes the Bold
about 2 weeks to "kick in", so this seems like a logical plan for me.

Week 1: iForce Bold 200 @ 600mg / ED
Echoareone: Bulking with Trinity!

About Me
I've been training for about 2.5 years now. I started with bodyweight
exercises in middle school, and moved on to weights around age 16. I
admit that a lot of the past three years of my training has been
uneducated curl-jockeying and stupid dieting, but I've had my stuff
nailed down for the past 6 months. In that time, I've brought my weight
up from a puny 162 (after a bad cut), to my current 190.

Stats
Weight: 190 pounds
Height: 5'11"
Bodyfat Estimate: ~10%

Lifts
Squat: 305x5
Deadlift: 405x2
BB Row: 8x240
DB Bench: 100's x5
DB Press: 65's x 10
Powerclean: 205x3
Dips: 8xBW+30
Pullups: 8xBW+40

Goals
I want to get to a lean 210 by the end of this school year. That means
20 pounds in about 6 months. Since I've been stuck at 190 for a while,
it looks like I might need some help. That's where the Trinity comes
in. I'll be running the trinity stack (Supremacy, Regenesen and
Amplitude) for 4 weeks, or 8 if I can find the cash for more!

Supplements:
Amplitude
Regenesen
Supremacy
Creatine Monophosphate
Whey Protein
NOW Adam
Fish Oil

Training
Day 1: Chest/Triceps
Day 2: Back/Biceps
Day 3: Legs/Abs
Day 4: Shoulders/Arms

I rest every 5th day, and do cardio when I feel like it. I will use a pyramid-type scheme for my reps.

Diet
I get about 3100 calories a day, divided between 7 meals. I don't keep exact count, but my main foods are these:
We 3 of us had started the commune for combined weightloss.. But things didn't go as we expected and the other 2 friends dropped out of the commune and continue to grow their bulk changing their clothes to accomodate their ever increasing bulk.. I should say I had been more or less the same from when I started this commune at 2007. I was 96 then and in a couple of occassion came down to 94 and then back to 96.

I had been from pillar to post trying all sort of experiments in reducing weight for the past 2 years. I had tried Atkins Diet/ Cycling/ Yoga/ Ayurveda/Taichi and some therapies.. But none of them seem to work for me. I should shed some light on the past.. I used to work in Dubai for 4 years where Fast foods(Junk food) and Fat Foods (Mutton, Camel, Lamb, Pork, Cheese Burgers etc) were abundant. I lived with my friend whose wife was an excellent cook so we used to cook and gobble up any new type of meat available in the hypermarket.. Since there was nothing else to do weekends rolled on with food and drink with a nice sleep. I had once been 104 but then without any effort I dropped to this 96 kg which had been my weight for atleast 4 years now.

To cut the Big story shot.. Have a look at these threads http://bodybuildingcommune.com/blogs/weight_loss/archive/2007/07/11/mission-started.aspx

Weight loss story - Target 25 Pounds

No Big Success in First Phase

I was blogging the developments but It is not so good in interacting with other members in the commune.. I would be happy if you can rep to my posts on this thread. I will be updating this thread every now and then..

So what's the big deal now? Yeah I have shred 4 kg now with a simple method which is only for the mentally tough guys.. I will explain in detail in my coming posts and will share you with what I am doing..

Take your presents for holidays! There is a distinct difference between cutting back on carbs and not eating any at all, just as there is a difference in what kinds of carbs you choose for your body. For me, it isn't about not eating carbs, but rather choosing whole grains and fruits that power my body up for workouts and a full day of work. I am still working on the balance and some days are better than others. While I completely agree that we must get more lean protein in our bodies, I do not think we have to totally extinguish carbs or eat them at such low levels as some plans prescribe. Certainly, I would be open to other thoughts on my opinions.

How can I deal with my diet addiction?

I have been dieting for 15 years now and I can’t stop.
